Session Charges - Personal Coaching

Initial consultation (up to 20 minutes) FREE OF CHARGE

Subsequent Sessions:
 £69 for 45 minutes

Travel time may apply pro-rata for face to face sessions in addition to session fees.

Charges are to be received in advance of each session.  

 Skype available for pre-arranged calls only(dalecrockell), FREE calls for your coaching sessions (headset required)

Stress-Free-Kids: Private One-to-One Coaching Sessions for Young People*

£50 per 45 minute session

(*Applies up to 18 years of age, thereafter standard session fees apply)

Pay on-line with Debit and/or Credit Cards using Paypal's secure services.

Although the frequency of sessions is at the discretion of the client, many find fortnightly sessions provide adequate time to complete agreed tasks to move towards their personal goals and to reflect on how they would like to best utilise the subsequent sessions.
